Cancellation Policy

We have a 48 hours cancellation policy. If you miss your appointment, or cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged the full price of your appointment. If any scheduled appointment is cancelled 2 days or more before the clinic, 50% of the fee will be refunded.

If any refund which is due will be refunded into the clients account within 5 to 10 working days of notification.
